A much more inspiring event and conversation than Abbott’s failures at the G20!

We say it all the time. Everyday Australians from all walks of life are standing up for the places we love. Whether it’s the community of North West New South Wales which is banding together to protect their water and land from coal seam gas, or Victorians who are working together to make a Great Forest National Park and protect the Fairy Possum – we’re standing up for nature.</p><br /><br /><br />
<p>Yesterday, hundreds of people gathered in Sydney’s City Recital Hall to, you guessed it, stand up for nature. In contrast Tony Abbott said to the G20 leaders’ discussion on energy, “I’d like to stand up for coal.” </p><br /><br /><br />

Must have been their National Convention, but all they could do was splutter about Abbott. They really have a disturbed judgement What did happen at the G20? Failures? No: Let’s get down to business

 Their own policies? Greens get the independent foreign policy they called for
