a winning move … the essential element

Supporting fossil fuels, Prime Minister Tony Abbott has set off a ‘greenstorm’. Which means he must be right, when considering how the anti-coal brigade  have charged the energy and climate debates, especially at that last election. Now that Facebook ‘fasceists’ have shown their hand, Paul Kelly has noticed:

In Inquirer this weekend, PAUL KELLY writes on the new climate change battlefront: how the politics of the campaign against fossil fuel haters could prove tricky.

WITH his statement that coal is “essential for the prosperity of Australia” and “essential for the prosperity of the world”, Tony Abbott has declared political war on…

Disturbed at SMH:

Anti – coal, Anti – Abbott:

All perspectives covered here including “Where is the risk management?” in Abbott’s gov.’s faith in coal. Did you know large coal mines are committed to long term transport contracts? Clean and green energy is being globally embraced with new technology. Fracking? No way!

    • Anne White He is an idiot and a disaster. I DREAD fracking anywhere, Coal?? God, is this man ever going to stop?

So embarrassing, couldn’t get it up:

[…] They couldn’t even get their renewable energy sources to keep their puny inflatable coal plant upright, but they don’t want coal to supply the power their city.  This is the “logic” that drives the anti-coal (frankly, anti-science) left.

I love how visibly embarrassed the inflatable operator was.  He should be. His “renewable energy” lasted a paltry 45 minutes.  Apparently he neither understands electricity nor economics.
