The weather scare continues, hyped up by the media as usual:

PERTH has had just two millimetres of rain this summer while sweltering through temperatures in the top ten highest ever recorded.

Figures from Sky News meteorologist Tom Saunders show that Perth’s summer was one of the driest on record.

That was coupled with maximum temperatures which averaged 31.9C during summer, 2.5C above normal for the fifth highest on record.

Wow. that’s cooler than Broome!

Only 5th highest? What’s the problem then, it’s much better than this: is this how an ice age starts? …
