baby bilbies…Woodside wants them…

More bilbies, this time babies, at gas hub

CONSERVATIONISTS have photographed three baby bilbies – a threatened species – where Woodside are clearing for the controversial James Price Point gas hub.

“Amateur naturalists with a motion-sensor camera found direct evidence of this species in one month, which Woodside had failed to find in four years!!
It’s time Woodside worked a lot harder to meet their environmental obligations.”

If Woodside get their hands on the info, they will relocate them like Chevron on Barrow Island relocated all the possums…they were all dead 2 weeks or so later, starved to death…

  • An excellent article on the value of things that aren’t valued in the world of the corporate fundamentalist, where money is the only and all powerful god.

The opinion article by Rachel Siewert (Greens MP for WA), is currently open for comment if you are registered with the ABC to be a commenter and contributor. It’s very easy to register if you aren’t already.

Please make comment to support a Gas Free Kimberley.

Everyone wants a thriving community, but wrecking what makes Broome so beautiful shouldn’t be part of the strategy.
